Step 1

Log into your PayPal account or create a PayPal account.

Step 2

Send your payment to studiorentalsminneapolis@gmail.com. Please send as 'friends & family' to avoid any fees. In the notes/description, please include your first and last name, business name if different than your name, rental date and time.

Step 3

You'll automatically receive a receipt from PayPal. In addition to payment in full, we also require a signed rental agreement. We will send a link to sign digitally. We will follow up to confirm you’re officially booked when we receive both the payment and signed agreement.

For weekday rentals (M-F) we will meet you promptly at the start of your rental time to let you into the space, show you around, and give you a set of keys. We will provide instruction for leaving at the conclusion of your rental.

For weekend rentals, we are unable to meet in person and require advanced pickup of the keys during regular business hours at a location near the studio. In some instances, when time allows, we can mail keys. Either way, detailed instructions will be communicated.
