Daily Rentals

We offer limited hourly, half day, and full day rentals, when available:

• Hourly rentals, $100 per hour (2 hour minimum on Saturday or Sunday)

• Half day (up to four hours) $250 weekday / $300 Saturday or Sunday

• Full day (up to eight hours) $500 weekday / $600 Saturday or Sunday

*Payment is due in full to reserve the space. All payments are non-refundable.

Leases

With a signed 6 or 12 month lease (available to a small number of renters), we offer the following options:

• 20 hours a month (with 4 weekend hours maximum): $525/mo

• 8 hours per month, weekdays only: $300/mo

• 8 hours per month (with 4 weekend hours maximum): $350/mo

• 1 Saturday per month: $350/mo

• 1 weekday per month: $250/mo

*Contracted subleasers go through an interview process to ensure the right fit for all renters and to ensure that all subleasers are able to schedule the time they need. Shoots/meetings are scheduled using a shared Google calendar.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refunds issued. If a cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance, the reservation may be rescheduled.
